Refund policy

If a Customer were not satisfied with the purchase, the Customer may request for a full refund within 30 days of collection or delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at oommi.singapore@gmail.com and indicate the order number in the Customer request

Once the request is processed, the Customer will receive the refund via the original mode of payment within 14 business days.
