A Simple 4-Part Routine (No Overthinking)

  • AIR & FABRIC
    (2× 300ml)

    For Eliminating Odours and as an Air/Fabric Freshener

    Pram / car seat / carrier / soft toys: spray directly after each use, let air-dry.

    Mattress / fabric sofa (pee/vomit): wipe the stained area off with clean water + cloth, then apply the spray on the affected area, sparingly on the surrounding areas. Let air-dry. Spot cleaning if needed.

    Car odours (musky/fishy/durian): spray weekly for maintenance; for problem areas, spray directly and air-dry (often ~90% improved within 1 hour).

    Shoes: spray sparingly inside/outside, air-dry overnight.

  • MULTI-PURPOSE CLEANER (500ml)

    Powerful + Versatile (And Economical)

    Oily/very dirty/smelly: spray directly, let sit for a few minutes and wipe. Stovetops, Ovens, Microwaves, exhaust fans, and air-fryers. 

    Everyday general cleaning (most economical):
    -     Set nozzle to Stream, add 1 stream per 1L of water. Dip cloth → wring dry → wipe surfaces (even leather goods + device exteriors).

    - 5L mop pail:     add 5 streamsDip mop → wring dry → mop floor surfaces.

    Excess and wastewater can be used to water plants or for cleaning toilets.

    - Important: avoid MPC on non-washable fabrics (it foams) — use Air & Fabric instead.

  • DISHWASHING LIQUID
    (500ml)

    Natural “Hand Care” Dishwashing

    Pump twice onto a clean wet sponge/scrub, squeeze to foam, wash pre-rinsed dishes, rinse off foam.

    Dishes/hands may feel silky when wet — once dry, you’ll feel squeaky clean.

    Stain and Odour Reset Without Softener

    Use 1 cap (~20ml) per 2kg of clothes (hand or machine wash).

    For best results: pre-soak 30 minutes (or overnight for extreme smells — but not longer).

    Do not mix with other detergents/softeners (chemicals can kill probiotics).

    Use water under 40°C.

What makes probiotic cleaners different from “99.99% kill” sprays?

Many conventional cleaners wipe out everything that is effective for only a few hours, giving you a false sense of security. Why? Because bad bacteria soon returns to fill the “void” that is left, aggressively doubling every 20 minutes, so what you think was cleaned actually harbours harmful bacteria. Probiotics cleaners contain live beneficial microbes that overpower harmful bacteria and prevent them from regrouping quickly, continuing to clean and protect for days.

What is biofilm (and why does it matter)?

Biofilm is a sticky/slimy layer of protein (like what builds up in water containers) that can trap harmful bacteria, viruses, yeast, and fungus. Probiotics help “feed” on this layer and break it down, clearing what’s trapped inside.

I have sensitive hands, which product will help me the most?

Most sensitive-skin customers notice it first with Dishwashing Liquid (hand-care feel) and Laundry (less chemical buildup vs heavy detergent + softener routines). The plant-based food-grade glycerin in every bottle moisturises and heals your skin.

Why do dishes feel a little “silky” while wet — is it clean?

Yes. With the Dishwashing Liquid, the silky feel can happen when wet. Once dry, run your finger across the dish and you’ll feel the definition of squeaky clean.

How do I remove pee/vomit odours from a mattress or sofa cushion I can’t wash?

Wipe the area with clean water + cloth first. Spray Air & Fabric over the stain and sparingly over surrounding area, then let it air-dry. Live microbes penetrate between fabric layers, hunting for bad bacteria (the source of the odour) where surface sprays often can’t reach. Spot cleaning can be done to minimise the immediate stain.

How do I quickly disinfect prams, car seats, carriers, and soft toys?

Spray Air & Fabric directly onto fabric surfaces after each use and let it air-dry.

How do I use Multi-Purpose Cleaner more economically?

For general cleaning, dilute using “Stream”: 1 stream in 1L water, or 5 streams in a 5L mop pail. Dip a cloth, wring dry, wipe surfaces.

Can I use Multi-Purpose Cleaner on electronics like phones/laptops?

Yes, use diluted solution on a cloth, wring dry, then wipe device surfaces. Avoid spraying directly.

Why does my gym wear still stink after many washes?

Fabric softener and too much detergent can cause chemical buildup that locks in odours and blocks sweat/dirt from washing out. Switching to probiotic Laundry that contains glycerin helps reset fabrics, allowing you to skip the softener.

What are the key laundry rules for best results?

Use 1 cap (~20ml) per 2kg dry load, pre-soak 30 minutes (overnight for extreme odours, but not longer), don’t mix with detergent/softener, and keep water under 40°C. Our low sud formula is washing machine safe, and works with hand-washing as well.

Is it normal if the scent becomes more “vinegar-ish” over time?

Yes — ongoing live microbe fermentation can change the scent of the products since there are no preservatives. For best experience, finish using within 6 months from the time of purchase.

Can I use leftover diluted cleaning/laundry water on plants?

Yes, waste or excess water after cleaning can be used to water plants (they even grow better!)
