Store at room temperature. Please use within 6 months from the time of purchase for optimal effectiveness.

Don’t mix with conditioner, wet wipes, antibacterial sprays, colloidal silver sprays, other shampoos (esp. medicated) and chemical products. The objective is to let as many of the live beneficial microbes stay alive on the skin for as long as possible so that they can get the healing job done.

Safe if licked, but best to use a cone so licking doesn’t disrupt healing.

The colour and smell of the liquid may change over time due to the natural fermentation process. Don’t worry, it still works fine!

HOW TO USE

Spray, wipe, rinse—done. The set is built for daily maintenance (not just occasional grooming),
so you can stay consistent when your pet’s skin is acting up.

  • WEEKLY BATH (HYPOALLERGENIC PET SHAMPOO)

    Use once per week.

    After wetting fur, spray: 10–20 (small dogs) / 20–30 (medium) / 30–40 (large).

    Low-foam formula is normal.

    Fur may feel slippery when wet after rinsing — that’s okay; it dries soft and silky. No conditioner needed.

    Use water below 40°C.

  • DAILY CARE (PET ODOUR ELIMINATOR)

    Use as a daily dry shampoo: mist on fur before/after walks; wipe muddy legs with a wet cloth (plain water), then mist body, face, and 1 spray per paw; air-dry.

    After meals: spray on a clean wet cloth and wipe mouth to remove oil.

    Can also be used as dry cleaning mist on fabric surfaces (pet bed, soft toys, car interior), and for spot cleaning.

  • TARGETED SKIN CARE (SKIN TREATMENT SPRAY)

    Spray affected skin 3× daily (itchy skin, open wounds, infections, black skin disease, allergies, hair loss, dandruff, etc.).

    Store in a cool, dry place (not fridge); can be kept standby for ~1 year.

    Safe if licked, but best to use a cone so licking doesn’t disrupt healing.

  • EAR & EYE CARE

    Preventive maintenance: spray directly into ears once weekly. For eyes, spray onto a cotton pad and wipe eyes once weekly. Cleaning is optional (microbes break down organic waste over days).

    Ear itch/infection Treatment:     spray 3× daily for best results.

    Eye Treatment: spray onto a cotton pad and wipe daily to reduce tear stains.

Is this for dogs or cats?

Both. All items are positioned as suitable for all fur-kids.

How often do I use the Skin Treatment Spray?

Up to 3× daily on affected areas, or as needed.

Can I use this with other medicated shampoos, creams or treatments?

Please do not use it alongside other shampoos, treatment solutions/creams. They will eliminate the live beneficial microbes in our products, rendering them ineffective.

What if my pet’s skin issue looks serious or doesn’t improve?

This set supports home care for sensitive skin. Conditions may appear to get worse in the first few days of treatment before improving. You should see significant improvement within 2 weeks. Then, continue treatment until full recovery. You should continue use for preventive skin maintenance. In rare cases where symptoms worsen, spread, or persist after 2 weeks, discontinue treatment.

Why might the colour/smell change over time?

Natural fermentation can cause variation; it may change but still works.

Why doesn’t the shampoo foam much?

It’s a low-foam formula, that’s normal. If your fur kid is over 20kg and not allergic to coconut, you may wish to consider using our pump-head Pet Shampoo instead.

My pet feels slippery after rinsing, did I rinse wrong?

That slippery feel when wet can happen; that’s the glycerin at work. You shouldn’t wash it off so your pet’s fur dries naturally soft.

Can I reuse the washing water to water plants?

Yes, the rinse water is plant-safe and can be reused for watering.

Can I use wet wipes/antibacterial sprays/conditioner with this set?

Avoid chemical/antibacterial products so the probiotics can keep working.

How often should I use each item?

Shampoo weekly; Odour Eliminator daily (after walks) or as needed; Skin Spray 3× daily on affected areas; Ear/Eye weekly preventive or 3× daily for active ear issues.

Can the Odour Eliminator be used around the home?

Yes, safe as a deodoriser/spot cleaner on fabrics like pet beds, toys, and car interiors.
